A 28-year-old prison parolee from Guilderland was ordered held without bail at Albany County Jail Tuesday after he was charged with stealing a diamond ring from a jewelry store at Colonie Center.
Gary J. Anderson, of the Brandywine Apartments, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny following an investigation by Detective Steve Morrison, said Detective Lt. John Grebert.
