Action Item: Classified as a minor subdivision a site plan proposed by Kevin Kronau, Snake Hill Road. An April 2 public hearing will consider Kronau's plans to build a home on 2.5 acres.
New Business: Discussed the local law regulating wireless telecommunications in the town. Referred to the Town Board were concerns with the buffering of the base of structures, the application process, liability insurance and the special use permit associated with the service.
