Services will be held today for Jessie Thomas, 74, of Al bany, formerly of Culpeper, Va., who died Wednesday in St. Peter's Hospice.
Thomas was born in New Scotland and was a graduate of Coeymans High School and the Mildred Elley Business College in Albany.
